Daniel started Pro Limo with one car and one rule: we only take a job we can handle ourselves. Seventeen years later, the rule hasn’t changed.

Seventeen years, one rule.
2009
A single car at SFO.
Founder Daniel Reyes leaves a corporate fleet job and buys his first town car. He runs every reservation himself for the first year.
2012
The first garage.
Pro Limo moves into its Dogpatch garage at Pier 70, the same building we operate from today. Three vehicles, four chauffeurs.
2016
Corporate accounts.
We become the standing transport partner for several venture firms and law offices in San Francisco — still operating without subcontractors.
2020
Quietly through.
We keep every chauffeur on payroll through the lean year. The fleet grows by four vehicles and one full-time mechanic.
2026
Where we are now.
Fourteen vehicles, twenty-eight chauffeurs, a senior coordinator on weddings, and live human dispatch every hour of the year.

Service rotation
Every vehicle is inspected and detailed before each reservation. A full mechanical service runs on a fourteen-day rotation, regardless of mileage. We employ a full-time mechanic and two on-staff detailers.

Twenty-eight
chauffeurs. Three dispatchers.
Every chauffeur is full-time, on payroll. Background-checked, drug-tested,
uniformed and trained on the vehicle they drive. Tenure averages eight
years.
